MobiKwik, a digital banking platform, has appointed Gaurav Nayyar as vice president of engineering and Swati Singh as vice president of HR.

Currently, the company offers a range of B2B and B2C products and financial services across digital payments, investments, loans, and insurance, among others and has introduced many industry-first offerings.
Nayyar has around 19 years of product development and leadership experience. Prior to joining MobiKwik, he was the director of engineering, continuous deployment (CD) & new product initiatives at Harness.io, India, where he led a team of 75 engineers, according to a company release. He has worked at companies including Amazon, Rivigo, Adobe, and Nextag.
Singh has close to 21 years of experience in HR and before joining MobiKwik, she was Genpact’s director of people practice office. She has worked with companies including SOTI, Johnson Controls, Questa Management Consultants, Initto Technologies India, HCL, and Vertex, among others, according to the company release.
